It's great to be a member of this awesome website. I hope to continue using this, as a tool to communicate with the people who wish to read it, and who continue to listen to the music I and three other wonderful guys create. (more on that later)
Things like this may seem menial, but hey it's the internet. It's all menial right!?
It's great to know the music is still alive, it's great to know that people are still around. These are hard and heavy times, but the craft of music will get us to the next chapter, and through today and onto the next.
Recession-shemssion. Screw the economy's situation. Screw Madoff. I'm a firm believer in the market; what goes up must come down SOME time. Trust in working hard for what you earn, don't give up fighting for what you want, and never let anyone tell you different.
This is one of the greatest countries in the world, and we don't go down like little whiny school kids on the monkey bars. Sure, we're WAY overweight, but we're not crybabies. ;)
Pilgrims: (Finally right!?)
The song writing is going especially well. Ryan joining this band has been tremendous. Our songs are maturing, our sound is maturing, and we are maturing. Okay who are we kidding, we're not maturing but the tunes sound great!
We finished up the first song off the album @ Comatose Studios in Peotone, IL with engineer Dennis. Gentlmen Ain't in Season has been on the Myspace site ever since.
Next in line for tracking I believe is our semi-ballad titled "Feel More". It's a doozy. I can't wait to get this song recorded i'm soooooo excited for it. By the way if anyone has about $10,000 they just want to maybe lend me for possible lifetime guilt-free sex let me know. Men. Women. Children. I don't discriminate.
Like I said earlier, it's great to be on this site, and I hope this continues and stays fresh in our trendy lives.
All the love in the world.
